Sunday morning the team had breakfast and headed to Georgetown University to practice.
More updates to come......check back to hear the end of the traveling story!
The
trip started on Saturday in Colorado Springs (departed the Olympic Training
Center at 4:30 am) and ended on Monday about 4:30 pm. It was a LONG trip
but all endured it well.
Most
of us slept on
the flights, especially the overnight one to Barcelona. We all learned
to be flexible and make the most of the canceled flight. Barcelona time is 7 hours ahead of Central Time
in my home state of Iowa.
