Saturday - Day to Prepare for GOLD

Saturday's Schedule:
10:00 Breakfast
1:00 Lunch Downtown
5:00 Depart for practice
5:30-6:45 Practice
6:30 Attend USA U17 women's bronze medal game  USA v China
Dinner following

After practice the players went out to dinner at a wings/burger/pizza restaurant and the adults headed downtown to revisit a restaurant.




Game 6: USA v Lithuania


Game time today – 9:00 (3 ET).

Four team are now left playing in the medal semifinals!  USA v Lithuania and Turkey v Spain.  Two Number 1 seeds lost yesterday -  Canada fell to Turkey and France fell to Lithuania.

At the end of practice the team always "circles up" and shares something from a given topic:  something that others might find interesting about you, favorite music, what you are looking forward to in this trip, share one impressive player who previously wore your USA number, share with the player on your right something you liked about his practice today. Today each player was to share what he could do to help the team win tonight!
